FRED NEAL: “Since the late 1990′s I had used an off-the-shelf technology which had been developed by Rife, Tesla and others over the last 100 years or so. It occurred to me then that I could take that little machine with me and if I were on a late-night trip, there was a way to feed myself oxygen. “Then I learned how to use my previously-discovered technology to convert it for my body, and I was very quickly getting the medical profession out of my life.

The Bible tells me that I came out of a garden and not a chemistry lab. My basic country instincts told me that my healing would also come from the garden and not through the chemistry lab. Water seems to be a good way for the Lord to do it, eh?

Fred Neal was in terrible pain: “There was no part of me that was not in pain. I was at death’s door but was able to cheat death; and within 30 days of getting on my oxygen therapy, there was no more pain and it hasn’t been back to this date.

It became clear to me that oxygen is the healing fluid for all situations. That was my engineering evaluation of my situation and I saw no reason why it wouldn’t translate to other species of animals, fish, waterways, etc.

Inner Guidance — During this process, God showed me how to supersaturate the oxygen molecule. Everyone knows that can’t be done, but everyone also knows that bumble bees can’t fly. What does this mean? Water is very unstable, but when I did what I did, I was able to strengthen the valence orbit of the oxygen to a stable state. In other words, I was able to modify the molecular structure and cause the oxygen to remain in a steady state. It does not appear that this steady state of oxygen changes when bottled in either glass, plastic or left in an open container. This is the part that no one in the world has been able to accomplish. Additionally, I have found out if the water is wet; the oxygen is still in it at the higher level.

Fred explains, “When I use this technology, I am working with energy levels. To give an example of what I mean, it is called “general vitality.” Oxygen levels can also be measured and the average person has a general vitality of between 450 – 600 and an oxygen level of maybe 900. A good grade of drinking water will possibly have an oxygen level of 1,400, so, when a 600 energy level is exposed to a 1,400 level of oxygen, through satisfying one’s thirst, we would expect a rise in energy level.

I have learned further that poisons displace oxygen in the body driving the pH down, but oxygen displaces poisons in the body, conversely driving the pH up. Ideally a human’s pH should be between 7 and 8. All diseases require an acid environment to live and that is a pH of less than 7. Seven and above is in the alkaline range and diseases cannot live in an oxygen-rich environment.

It has been proven time and time again – the reason people are sick is that they are low on oxygen!

I started out raising the oxygen level to one million on my (proprietary) scale, then two million and on up. This level of oxygen is unheard of, but it is difficult to measure unless you have the right equipment. There is equipment, I am told, on the market that can measure it, but it seems that no one is going to build a million-dollar piece of equipment to measure something that supposedly can’t be done.

Anyway, I got the water to 20 million, left it for a time with no adverse reactions, so I raised it to 30 million. This seemed to work real well, and a lot of folks got their immune system kicked back in and now don’t experience colds or flu during the winter months.

Then I wanted to design a water that would be good for burn victims. Highly-oxygenated water has instant tissue-healing qualities about it, and it has worked on minor burns. So far I have not had the opportunity to get it into a burn unit.

General Use Concepts

If you are dealing with a serious health issue, you may wish to drink a bottle of undiluted Royal Liquid Manna. You may also wish to drink a bottle of the Royal Liquid Manna if you simply wish to raise your oxygen level very quickly for optimum health. For on-going health and higher pH levels, drink Regular Liquid Manna daily.

Drinking

Drink one bottle of Royal Liquid Manna upon arrival of your order: Pour about 1/3 of it in a glass. Sit down and sip that 1/3 bottle slowly over a period of 15 to 30 minutes. (Drinking quickly might cause some folks to get a little dizzy but the dizziness will pass quickly.) Slowly sip the remainder of the bottle over the next 4 to 6 hours.

To maintain a high oxygen level and probably a higher pH level, use the Regular Liquid Manna in your drinking water daily. Note: Regular Liquid Manna can be added to anything you drink . . . milk, juice, coffee, tea, etc.

To prepare Regular Liquid Manna: Mix 1 tablespoon into a gallon (3.8 liters) of non-chlorinated, good-quality water. Then drink as much as is comfortable throughout each day.

Water is Life

Q: Can I use more of the Regular / Royal to see faster results? For instance, how about taking another full bottle of Royal whenever I feel like it instead of only one time the first day or add a shot of Regular to each glass of water or juice during the day?

Is there a way to overdo it or is more not necessarily better?

Although I hate MMS (now called water Purification drops), I must say that it has done me some good in the past. I think I have had Candida for most of my life and the MMS has been the only thing that seems to help as long as I take it, at least temporarily, although I also have had some terrible reactions. Can I take both . . . MMS and Liquid Manna?

A: In order to optimize your results, it is wise to follow the protocol that Fred recommends so that you flood your body with oxygen and thus give your body all of the oxygen it needs to deal with those conditions swiftly and effectively.

If you choose to drink more Liquid Manna, you can. However, you may experience some heavy detoxing (a healing crisis). This is a high concentration of oxygen. No one really knows how they will respond because everyone’s body has a different situation.

You can take MMS and Liquid Manna simultaneously; however, you may want to see how you respond using only the Regular / Royal protocol first. Perhaps the flood of oxygen will assist your body in healing the Candida. David

Q: I want to let you know that I love the Liquid Manna. It has given me so much energy. My blood pressure has come down, I sleep better and my acid reflux has not acted up as much.

I want to ask about the eyedrops your wife took. Was it full strength out of the Regular Liquid Manna bottle or was it the diluted water? I have MD (which is being watched) and thought I would try the drops. My eyes seem to be irritated or dry since I have been drinking the water.

What about sleep disorders? . . . what is best to take for that or will the continued use of the water help?

A: Glad the water is responding to your needs. I suggest using drops for the eyes with the water you mix for drinking, or you can use it straight from the bottle. Either way should work nicely. Just continue on the water, and your sleep disorder should improve over time. David from Global Light

A: Yes, the Liquid Manna is safe for animals. I would use it the same as you would for drinking water . . . 1 tablespoon per gallon. David

Q: I have a question on the Royal Liquid Manna and heavy metals in the body. What will it do to heavy metals? I am starting to drink a bottle of Royal and I taste metal in my mouth. I have had all of the mercury fillings taken out, but there could still be something left over. I do have gold and other metals in the mouth.

A: I am finding that the Liquid Manna is releasing deeply-held stuff from within my system that I thought I had released years ago. This is very deep-acting water, so if you find these results are too powerful, simply back off on the amount of water you are drinking. A: The unopened bottle can be used for years and years in baths. Then at any point it can also be opened and drunk . . . not a problem. That is how incredibly stable the Liquid Manna is. David

Q: After reading your newsletter about Liquid Manna questions, Liquid Manna CD, Liquid Manna testimonials, it occurs to me that this product contains the ability to reverse some physical symptoms that I have considered important for some time:

Can I also ask: does it help with weight and could it help with a torn rotator cuff?

A: Fred and his wife, Doris, have really stressed that the Royal Liquid Manna rebuilds tissue . . . all tissue. They have told me some wonderful stories about many major injuries that rebuilt, almost miraculously. Drink the bottle of Royal Liquid Manna, then soak often with the other Royal in a tub (unopened). Also drink as much as possible of Regular Liquid Manna. I think you are going to be amazed.

Regarding weight, you may find that you will have more energy and that will most likely help with weight. Q: Just received my bottles of Liquid Manna and was thinking of putting it in my farm supply water tank. It is three thousand gallons, and turns over possibly three times a day. I was wondering if I dropped a couple of sealed bottles of the Royal into the water tank to bob around, whether that would be a waste of time?

I was originally going to drop a bottle in the cows’ trough each milking, but figured, “Why not treat all the farm water at the source?”

A: Actually, it is an outstanding idea to let two of the Royal bottles bob around in the tank. That is far more efficient and more effective than trying to treat the

water in the troughs each day. Brilliant!

In time you will build up an enormous oxygen level in the water, raise the pH of the water, and any particulate matter in the water will probably drop out. The turnover rate of three times per day for the three thousand gallon tank might diminish the effectiveness somewhat but probably not too much. You are going to have some very

healthy cows.

Incidentally, the bottles of Royal will continue to be effective for quite a while in this use. (Be sure to take the foil off of the bottles.) David

Q: As I was reading your newsletter comments on the oxygen waters, I want to be clear on the foil-covered Regular Liquid Manna. Do we take the foil off? I assumed we left it on. I gave it to my daughter to sleep with a few days in bed as she had an awful cold. Was I supposed to peel off the foil? Did it block results? Can you clear this up please?

A: The only reason you need to keep the foil on the Regular bottle is if you are storing it near a bottle of Royal.

Q: How is Regular / Royal Liquid Manna different from the stabilized oxygen liquid supplements that have been on the market for some time?

A: The main difference is orders of magnitude of oxygen . . . probably exceed what you would get in a hyperbaric oxygen chamber. There is NOTHING else on the planet that offers anywhere near the levels of oxygen from Liquid Manna.

On Fred’s meter that he created to test oxygen levels, stabilized oxygen drops have an oxygen reading of 3500. The Liquid Manna that you use to make your drinking water has an oxygen reading on his scale of 550,000,000. That is why I say that there is a quantum difference between Liquid Manna and ANY other oxygen source on the planet, including a hyperbaric chamber. The Royal Liquid Manna is substantially higher than the regular, but Fred is not willing to quantify the difference. However, I think I remember him saying once that the Royal is at least 10 times greater than the regular.

If you are interested in oxygen, this is the answer . . . period! David

Q: I have just been listening to Fred Neal’s CD which is so amazing. Now I have two questions.

1. I have a Nikken water filter. Can I add Liquid Manna to the bottom tank with the silver and mineral stones? Which Liquid Manna and how much?

2. Can I add Liquid Manna to my rain water tank (1000 gallons)? Which Liquid Manna and how much? Do you know of anybody who’s tried this? Will there always be oxygen in the tank?

A: When you are treating water for drinking, you always want to use the Regular Liquid Manna and use the ratio of one tablespoon per gallon. Thus, one 16.9 ounce bottle of Regular Liquid Manna will treat 32 gallons of water.

There is no problem using your Nikken water.

The challenge with something like your rain water tank is that it is quite large and you regularly have water flowing in and out so that it would be near impossible to control

the concentration of Liquid Manna, plus the fact that it would take an enormous amount of Liquid Manna to treat that much water. Although it is not an official answer

that Fred has ever addressed, it occurs to me that you might put a whole bottle of the Royal Liquid Manna in your rain water tank and that would provide a pretty substantial amount of oxygen.

Whoa, it just occurred to me that Fred would probably recommend that you simply float a bottle of Royal Liquid Manna in the rain water tank and just leave it there all of the time. Yeah, that is the way to go. David

Some symptoms of low oxygen levels are:

- shortness of breath/ difficulty breathing/ dyspnea
- extreme fatigue
- chest tightness
- mental confusion
- tingling fingers
- water retention (especially feet/ ankles)
- chronic cough
- SICKNESS

General Use Concepts for Liquid Manna

If you are dealing with a serious health issue, you may wish to drink a bottle of undiluted Royal Liquid Manna. You may also wish to drink a bottle of the Royal Liquid Manna if you simply wish to raise your oxygen level very quickly for optimum health. For ongoing health and higher pH levels, drink Regular Liquid Manna daily.

(Royal Liquid Manna has the purple label. Regular Liquid Manna has the aqua label and is shipped in a foil wrapper to prevent it from absorbing the intense oxygen of the Royal Manna.)

Royal Liquid Manna & Liquid Manna Instructions for Drinking the Water

Drink one bottle of Royal Liquid Manna: Pour about 1/3 of it in a glass. Sit down and sip that 1/3 bottle slowly over a period of 15 to 30 minutes. (Drinking quickly might cause some folks to get a little dizzy but the dizziness will pass quickly.) Slowly sip the remainder of the bottle over the next 4 to 6 hours.

To maintain a high oxygen level and probably a higher pH level, use the Liquid Manna in your drinking water daily.

Prepare Liquid Manna: Mix 1 tablespoon (Regular) into a gallon (3.8 liters) of non-chlorinated, good-quality water. Then drink as much as is comfortable throughout each day.

Royal Liquid Manna & Liquid Manna Instructions for soaking the body

Soaking (Bath or Foot Bath) Let Royal Liquid Manna bottle float in the bath tub with you (unopened) while soaking your body as long as possible, preferably at least 30 minutes. Do this 2 -3 times per week for best results.

Royal Liquid Manna may eliminate pain by holding it (unopened) on the painful location of the body and some people actually sleep with the bottle. (Heat it in warm water before bed.)

Liquid Manna in an Eye Dropper: Fred Neal’s wife was completely blind in one eye for 20 years and after using the eye drops for a couple years, she can now see images where she was blind before. If you have an eye condition such as cataracts, glaucoma or macular degeneration, you might consider putting drops of Liquid Manna into your eyes several times each day.  Results will not be immediate but over a few months or even perhaps years, many have experienced significant improvement.

Royal Liquid Manna & Liquid Manna Instructions for travelling

When you are away from home, you might consider carrying some Liquid Manna in an eye dropper to raise the oxygen content of water or other liquids.  If you add a little less than ¼ teaspoon of Liquid Manna to an 8 oz. (240 ml.) container, that will be just about the right amount.

Considering flight restrictions of 3 oz. bottles of liquid, this can be a perfect way to have Liquid Manna available during flights.

Notes regarding the foil around the Regular Liquid Manna When you receive a bottle of Liquid Manna, it will be wrapped in foil.  This is to keep the intense oxygen levels in the Royal Liquid Manna from migrating into the regular Liquid Manna.  (That tendency to migrate oxygen is precisely why you can receive such great benefits from putting the unopened bottle of Royal Liquid Manna into a bath or sleeping with it.)  Thus, if you are storing the two products next to each other, it is recommended that you keep the foil wrapping on.  Otherwise, you can just remove the foil and dispose of it.

NOTE: If you believe you have a heavy load of toxins due to a serious pathology, or you recognize yourself to be energetically sensitive, it may be wise to start slowly and commence with the Regular Liquid Manna. We suggest placing a tablespoon of water in 4 liters of good quality water and drink this for 3 – 4 weeks. You could also use the

Royal Liquid Manna (unopened) in the bath once a week. If you respond well to this procedure, THEN, consume the bottle of Royal Liquid Manna in a period of 6 to 8 hours and commence bathing with the Royal Liquid Manna three times per week.

Royal Liquid Manna! What It Is

Both Regular Liquid Manna and Royal Liquid Manna are simply super-oxygenated premium spring water energetically charged. Each one is used in a different way and in conjunction with one another.

Regular Liquid Manna and Royal Liquid Manna

Fred explains: Since the late 1990′s I had used an off-the-shelf technology which had been developed by Rife, Tesla and others over the last 100 years or so. It occurred to me then that I could take that little machine with me and if I were on a late-night trip, there was a way to feed myself oxygen. As a result, I could drive all night without yawning and falling asleep.

In 2004 I was working with the same technology to develop a detection device to locate IED’s that were killing our troops. I was able to finish that technology but haven’t built the actual unit just yet. During that time I was stricken with polymyalgia and was in 100% pain and at death’s door. The doctors finally diagnosed it and when asked about it, they said it was an inflammation of the blood vessels.

They didn’t know what caused it. If they didn’t know what caused it, how would they know which drug would solve the problem?

Then I learned how to use my previously-discovered technology to convert it for my body, and I was very quickly getting the medical profession out of my life.

The Bible tells me that I came out of a garden and not a chemistry lab. My basic country instincts told me that my healing would also come from the garden and not through the chemistry lab. Water seems to be a good way for the Lord to do it, eh?

There was no part of me that was not in pain. I was at death’s door but was able to cheat death; and within 30 days of getting on my oxygen therapy, there was no more pain and it hasn’t been back to this date.

It became clear to me that oxygen is the healing fluid for all situations. That was my engineering evaluation of my situation and I saw no reason why it wouldn’t translate to other species of animals, fish, waterways, etc.

During this process, God showed me how to supersaturate the oxygen molecule. Everyone knows that can’t be done, but everyone also knows that bumble bees can’t fly. What does this mean? Water is very unstable, but when I did what I did, I was able to strengthen the valence orbit of the oxygen to a stable state. In other words, I was able to modify the molecular structure and cause the oxygen to remain in a steady state. It does not appear that this steady state of oxygen changes when bottled in either glass, plastic or left in an open container. This is the part that no one in the world has been able to accomplish. Additionally, I have found out if the water is wet, the oxygen is still in it at the higher level. This is oxygen water – liquid oxygen and very stabilized oxygen

When I use this technology, I am working with energy levels. To give an example of what I mean, it is called “general vitality.” Oxygen levels can also be measured and the average person has a general vitality of between 450 – 600 and an oxygen level of maybe 900. A good grade of drinking water will possibly have an oxygen level of 1,400, so, when a 600 energy level is exposed to a 1,400 level of oxygen, through satisfying one’s thirst, we would expect a rise in energy level.

I have learned further that poisons displace oxygen in the body driving the pH down, but oxygen displaces poisons in the body, conversely driving the pH up. Ideally a human’s pH should be between 7 and 8. All diseases require an acid environment to live and that is a pH of less than 7. Seven and above is in the alkaline range and diseases cannot live in an oxygen-rich environment.
